RULES & REGULATIONS

• 01.The performance must be synchronized with music, maintaining a continuous flow without pauses.
• 02.Perform a sequence of asanas, including various bending, balancing, and pyramid formations.
• 03.Both participants must perform different postures; same postures lead to disqualification.
• 04.Body contact is allowed at the participants' discretion.
• 05.Routine should last 2.5 to 3 minutes and include 8 to 10 asanas, held for at least 5 seconds each.
• 06.Wear comfortable, stretchable yoga attire; no jewelry, watches, or shoes.
• 07.Stay within the marked arena; boundary violations incur a 0.5 mark deduction.
• 08.Disqualification for exceeding time limits, pauses, prop use, or misconduct.
