Yoga Artistic Individual (Female)

RULES & REGULATIONS

• 01.The performance must be synchronized with music, maintaining a continuous flow with no pauses.
• 02.Participants must include 8 to 10 yoga postures of their choice.
• 03.The performance duration should be between 2 to 2.5 minutes, with each asana held for at least 5 seconds.
• 04.Judging criteria: music synchronization, posture perfection, balance, flexibility, artistic expression, and breathing control.
• 05.Wear comfortable yoga attire; no jewelry, watches, or shoes.
• 06.Exceeding or not meeting the time limit will lead to disqualification.
• 07.Use of props or external assistance is not allowed.
